WHAT HAPPENED?
The midfielder handed the Bavarians the lead with a cool and collected penalty in the third minute of the game, scoring past Frankfurt's Stina Johannes. She netted that goal after the Frauen-Bundesliga league leaders received a spot kick following a handball by Frankfurt.

Despite Stanway's efforts, the teams went in level at halftime after Frankfurt's Swiss midfielder Geraldine Reuteler equalized for the away side in the 18th minute. A win on Sunday would see Bayern move one step closer towards a potential domestic double, with them already leading the league comfortably over Wolfsburg.
